The environmental committee,

Reminding that it is of utmost importance to increase the cost-competiveness of renewable energy technologies.
Taking into account, the Kyoto and Montreal protocols
Aware of the fact that the world is going through an environmental crisis, the majority of the nations should be concerned about keeping the environmental clean and enhancing the sustainability of the nature. As a result all countries try to cooperate with each other and find the best solution for the world which faces upcoming destruction,
Considering the global, regional, national, and local commitments and initiatives can enhance and foster awareness, technical training, capacity building, institutional development and technology transfer to developing countries to promote renewable energy.
Realizing that the green house effect and the climate changes have all ready affected all the sectors of our private and not life.
Alarmed by the environment in our days because massive destruction of ecology, environment and desertification is threatening the survival of humankind.
Recognizing that we are in the middle of an economic crisis.
Encourages the promotion of floating wind turbines that exploit sea breezes.
Promotes the exploitation of sea waves through wind generators that extend 100 meters below the surface of the sea.
Reminds that the classic model of wind generators have a low budget can be used by developing countries.
Further invites all countries to reduce the emission of CO2 by signing a new protocol, like the Kyoto.
Urges, all member states to commit larger percentage of energy fund to renewable energy.
Recommends, the governments increase access to energy especially in the rural areas using renewable energy.
Further urges, all member states to encourage the importation of renewable energy and energy efficiency products by making them duty-free.
Supports, that all governments should develop good management practices of energy generating facilities.
Suggests developing methods for conducting inventory of greenhouse gas sources.
Emphasizes that all countries should invest in wind generators in order to exploit sustainable energy sources and if this is not possible financial aid should be offered by wealthier countries.
