1)Dress Code:
a. Thursday 17/03/2016: Strictly Formal
b. Friday 18/03/2016: Formal

2)Participation Fees:
100 euros per school. The maximum number of participant students/delegates is 15-20 people (this means up to 2 chosen countries). In case a school exceeds the number, extra fees will be charged.
The number of observers should be up to 10 people. No fees will be charged for this number.
The observers will not attend the opening ceremony but are welcome to attend the works on Friday and Saturday.
The participation fees will be paid at the Secretariat of Aristoteleio College during the conference days.
3) It is strictly forbidden for the delegates to have ready resolutions with them in the conference.

4) Ambassadors should be chosen for every Country. Each Ambassador must prepare a one-minute opening speech (check the Sample). This speech must be sent to arcmun.secretariat@gmail.com by 31.01.2016 for the purposes of the Orginising Committee, with the ambassador's name.
5) The resolutions of UNESCO, WHO and ECOSOC will not be discussed in the General Assembly. They will be only voted in the General Assembly. The resolution of the Secuity Council will neither be discussed nor voted in the General Assembly.
6) Every delegate is obliged to sent a position paper to both of his/her chairs until 25 of February via e-mail. The e-mails of the chairs are in the section "Contact Us" of our site.
